- What did you like most?The rooms had very nice decor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor of the hotel was very nice. Great central location!
- Was there anything you didn't like?I didn't appreciate the $200 charge to get in my room at 10:00 am. (5 hours earlier than check in). My granddaughter and I had taken the red eye from Los Angeles and we were exhausted. So I paid the exorbitant fee. I felt gouged. I feel that a hotel of this caliber can provide a magnifying mirror attached to the wall for those of us who wear glasses. It is difficult to put on contact lenses when you can't see. Your breakfast menu choices could be a bit better.

- Was there anything you didn't like?Only complaint was a half marathon going on so the roads to the hotel were blocked off and we could not access it. Arrived in the city at 11am and could not access hotel until 3pm. We ended up having to find a parking garage until roads opened and then had to pay additional valet fees for a different garage. No fault to the hotel but they were given a schedule so a heads up to arrivals for that day would have been nice so we were prepared. We were driving in the city.
