it's fine. corporate. the spa is nice. the bed is nice. but it's generic and charmless.
- Was there anything you didn't like?water only provided one night of a two night booking, but if i'd booked two nights serparately, i'd have gotten water. make it make sense.

- Was there anything you didn't like?The cleaning staff should be more considerate about the noises they were producing moving through the halls. I was in a room 350, and there a constant noise produced by the carts they were moving and many times they were nocking on the doors accidentally with the equipment they were carrying. It seemed that their base was right next to my doors so the noises were permanent. This is the ONLY suggestion I would make regarding this hotel and only as a constructive criticism because my general opinion is that the staff of the hotel in general takes really good care about the guests and their experience. It is a large hotel with capacity almost always full. At least, I see a lot people going in and out, and to be able to still provide high level of service as they do I am sure it takes a lot of effort. So congratulations on that and keep up the great work you are doing.
