Mold, clogged drains and no clean linen
- What did you like most?The location was convenient
- Was there anything you didn't like?There were so many issues with the room, had mold. Damp bedding. Clogged sinks, showers and toilets. I informed the concierge and lady manager who was working at the time. They did not resolve or offer to change rooms. She was completely rude and racist I may say. Did not enjoy my stay and do not recommend.
Good except the housekeeping staff.

- Was there anything you didn't like?My room (802)was cleaned once in 4 days stay. Room attendants were rude. I left the room for 5 hours and came back to see the room unclean , even if I told her that I was leaving. When I came back tired (after 5 hours, ) I fell asleep and that’s when she began to knock at my door and said if you won’t let me clean now, then I won’t clean your room. The house keeping must be understaffed or they were just slow (I think this is the main reason)
