- What did you like most?They accommodated me with the room that I wanted with a balcony that has a great view of lower manhattan and midtown

- What did you like most?Nice hotel in the centre of Chinatown. Within short walking distance to several metro lines. There is a restaurant onsite at lobby level, and breakfast in the basement. I had a high floor with a view, which was spectacular. The bed was really comfortable. The Asian gentleman who supervised the breakfast was really lovely and polite. A special shout out to him!
- Was there anything you didn't like?There was no ramp at the entrance for wheelchairs or people struggling with heavy luggage If there was, and I didn't see it, it wasn't pointed out to me as I struggled with my suitcase. Only 1 bottle of water per room per stay was a little mean. The soundproofing between the rooms wasn't great.
