    • What did you like most?
      Room was clean, bed was comfortable
    • Was there anything you didn't like?
      Didn't get the room I reserved. Staff member was very rude when I questioned not getting the room I reserved he threatened me and swore at me. Repeatedly. Then followed me back to the room demanding the key back and saying he was gonna beat me up. Absolutely ridiculous.

      Always issues with the keys. Constantly have to go back and get your keys reprogrammed and no I didn't have it near my phone they're excuse. I had no microwave and no coffee maker. No ashtrays in a smoking room. Remote ran out of batteries but that's just typical I and a easy fix staff is rude
