The entire second floor will be closed due to renovation will start on 10/28/2024 through 12/31/2024 working hours will be 9am-5pm. Our stay was a terrible experience. I would never ever stay at this property in the future.
- What did you like most?We were in College station to celebrate our son's Ring ceremony however our stay in this Hawthorn property turned out to be a very unfortunate experience for us
- Was there anything you didn't like?Our room had a very bad odor and stench. There was a blood stained towel in the room. We were told that a Guest Relations officer would call us but we have not received any.
- What did you like most?Location was good. Close to everything we needed.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I didn't like the sink outside of the bathroom, there's no mirrors in the bathroom. It was to hot and couldn't get the room to cool down even with the AC at 64. I didn't like that the TVs didn't have an option to stream anything. The bed sheet at a rip in it and so did one of the towels. Room service never came to clean the room when we were out all day on Saturday. Breakfast was just ok.
