- Was there anything you didn't like?During check in late at night we are told that they are giving us one of the best available rooms at the hotel. Like a joke. Because they reserved us a room at the basement (lower ground) without any window. Next day after our objection we moved to second floor. thanks to them. However, during reservation there is not any info that we have reserved a room at lower ground level. Breakfast is good. Waiters are very kind indeed , however, for 2 consecutive days I have ordered filter coffee and they brought americano , my wife ordered green tee and they brought English breakfast tea. I think that they are trying to be kind and do their best, but they are not concentrated to their jobs.
I appreciated their hospitality and interest for every detail of guests demand.
