- What did you like most?I loved the friendly staff who greeted us. The open and light entry way and lifts made moving around a breeze. The room was comfortable and the fridge was great to store drinks and snacks. The pool was lovely and the proximity to the beach and the Ala Moana shops was very convenient.

- What did you like most?The location was perfect, the staff were great, very friendly and attentive. It's not the same as when it was before Hilton took it over
- Was there anything you didn't like?The food prices were high, however this is across the whole island. There were no water bottles in the rooms, as was the case on a previous visit. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby and the hotel restaurant isn't always open. There's no main light switch for the room just lamps.
