- What did you like most?I liked the room.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Several guests have mentioned that the current televisions feel outdated. Upgrading to modern smart TVs with internet access would significantly enhance the guest experience, as many travelers now expect the ability to stream content such as YouTube and other apps, rather than being limited to traditional cable channels. Investing in smart TVs could make the property more attractive to future guests, improve satisfaction, and potentially increase bookings and overall revenue.
Rooms good, breakfast pretty weak
- What did you like most?Nice, clean rooms with decent decor.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Breakfast was really weak. They had a few packaged snacks like granola bars, one type of muffin, some (bad) pastries, and instant oatmeal. No protein, nothing hot, nothing salty, no milk or cereal. Coffee and hot water weren't available in the lobby outside of breakfast. I wish I had picked a decent hotel nearby with no breakfast for much less, or something with a good breakfast for the same cost. There was also a lot of confusion around my booking but that eventually worked out okay.
