- What did you like most?The location is good . No traffic directly outside. Two metro close on convenient lines. Plenty of restaurants close and good supermarkets. They look after luggage .
- Was there anything you didn't like?Unfortunately no breakfast available because of flooding disaster. We stayed before and breakfast was good Rooms are small. Typical for Paris. Only used for sleeping !

- What did you like most?The hotel was conveniently situated only 20mins walk from the Gare du Nord and close to 2 Metro stations . There was a large choice of places to eat very nearby. We received a warm welcome on arrival and reception staff were always on hand in any way possible. Our room was comfortable with a large newly refurbished bathroom. The kettle was invaluable for making hot drinks. Unlike many hotel rooms it was not too warm and had an opening window for fresh air. We found the 5th floor very quiet and were never kept waiting for the lift.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Although feeling very pleased with our room it was rather small and lacked enough storage space as were staying for 5 nights. This did not detract from our overall feeling that we were in a very good hotel.
