More than just a boutique hotel in Bloomsbury, we’re proud to be a not-for-profit hotel in Central London – with 100% of our profits going towards supporting Goodenough College, a renowned postgraduate residence and academic community. It’s a stay that feels good and does good. In early 2026, The Goodenough Hotel will be undertaking phased heritage restoration works to the front of the building. These works are carefully managed, with little expected impact on guest access, comfort, or enjoyment of Mecklenburgh Square. Any limited works will be planned to minimize noise, and a small number of rooms will be temporarily closed, allowing us to carry out light-touch refurbishments, including new carpets. Important Information

Due to restrictions imposed by the property's listed building status, there is no elevator. However, a member of staff will be on hand to assist with luggage. Payment will be requested in full upon check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 50.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
