Didn't get what I paid for
- What did you like most?I paid for a king room, it's been TWICE that I got a double queen, even though I'm checking in at 4pm, very disappointed even more than the receptionist did not even apologized or acknowledge my discomfort. He didn't even say thank you when I got handed my keys! I felt like a nuisance just by asking for what I paid for. I expected better from Hilton.
